A tender must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Property Tender – 303 Main Street" will be received by the Town of Ogema at 204 Main Street, Ogema, SK S0C 1Y0
Tenders must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 03, 2026.
Tenders must be submitted using the Town of Ogema Tender form found in the tender information package available at Town Office or can be found here: Tender Application.
The property is sold on an “as is, where is” basis without warranty or representation.
Highest, or any tender, will not necessarily be accepted.
A cheque or bank draft for 10% of the bid amount, payable to the Town of Ogema, must accompany the tender application.
Tenders without the required deposit will not be considered.
The successful bidder will be required to pay the balance of the purchase price within 30 days of notice of tender acceptance.
The deposit will be forfeited if the successful bidder does not finalize the agreement for sale within the required time.
All legal costs, title transfer fees and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and are in addition to the bid price.
